The EPLF Working Draft for the evaluation of reflected walking sound on hard floor coverings ist ready. The following points were agreed in the EPLF members meeting:
This method may be used by all EPLF members and extra-ordinary members for testing purposes but may not yet be used for marketing purposes until after the final release of the method by EPLF. Questions about the testing method or equipment can always be sent to EPLF (info@eplf.com). The reference board mentioned in the proposed “working draft” can be obtained in EPLF (contact: info@eplf.com or use the following form:).
Of course external institutes are invited to participate in the testing and evaluation of the method. Please contact EPLF. EPLF will verify your application of using the method and after approving you will get more information.
